• Technical Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field
• NICET/QMS/ACI Certification

Geotechnical/Soils Engineer

• BS (Civil), MS (Soils)
• P.E. License in United States.
• Three or more years experience in design analysis of roads, bridges and building foundations

Environmental Engineer

• BS or MS in Environmental Engineering
• Professional License plus three or more years experience in environmental engineering.

Entry Level Engineer/Technician

• BS or AA  in any technical field and aptitude to work in construction field or soils laboratory.
• Computer knowledge a plus.

Civil Engineer/Construction Engineer

• Minimum BS in Civil Engineering, MS preferred
• Three or more years experience in Construction Engineering Service
